For U.S. customers: duties collected at checkout

All orders are shipped from Canada. For shipments to the US, duties are now required to be collected at checkout by most carriers.

We now ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) meaning we remit duties to customs on your behalf.

What this means for you

• No surprise bills: You shouldn’t receive any extra customs invoices from the carrier before delivery.
  
• One all-in total: Your cart shows merchandise, shipping, and estimated duties before you pay.
  
• Faster, smoother delivery: Paying duties now helps prevent customs holds later.
  
• Currency: Duties are shown and paid in USD at checkout.
  

Pre-orders & custom items

• If your cart includes a pre-order or custom item, the duties are still collected now so the shipment can be released without delay once it’s ready.

We’re exploring a new way to ship high-value and heavier items, like our Professional Kit and large wallet orders, with a single, low, all-in rate that covers both shipping and customs fees. Our goal is to make these shipments more predictable and cost-effective for you.

We’re still evaluating the details, so we don’t have specifics to share yet. No action is needed from you today.

For now, all U.S. orders continue to ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) with duties calculated at checkout.

All orders ship from Canada. For destinations outside North America, we don’t collect duties or taxes at checkout. Your local customs may assess import duties, VAT/GST, and clearance fees on arrival. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility and are paid to the carrier/customs at delivery. Customs processing may extend delivery times.

FedEx estimated delivery timeframes are currently not displaying correctly. FedEx Ground shipments from Canada to the US are typically delivered within 7 days, however due to the recent changes to the US Import Policies, they have been experiencing delays. Priority shipments may take 2 to 3 days to arrive from date of dispatch.
