Energy Shifting for Self-Optimization is a step-by-step system of self-healing. It is a transformational system that helps us move to a higher consciousness or vibration.
Energy shifting uses muscle checking to identify resonances to be shifted, and then what is required to shift the resonance. It works on all levels - physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual.
In a group energy shifting session, you can join by telephone or computer. Karen will muscle check on herself for the entire group; she will be on video, so you can watch if you choose.
A group session is usually on a general topic, although some specific information may be muscle checked. A session can be on prosperity, health, relationships, achieving goals - anything! Every time you have a session on a particular issue or intention, you vibrationally shift to a higher frequency.
Once you are registered we will send you the information to access the session. If you are not able to attend a session, you can still participate by "proxy" - the benefits are the same.
