License Terms and Conditions

By purchasing the Digital Colour Analysis Palettes, you (“Licensee”) agree to the terms outlined in this License Agreement (“Agreement”) with the International Image Institute (“Licensor”).

1. Grant of License
   The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Digital Colour Analysis Palettes according to this Agreement.

2. Permitted Use
   The Licensee may distribute the Digital Colour Analysis Palettes to clients for personal use only.

3. Restrictions
   The Licensee agrees not to:  

• Print the Digital Colour Analysis Palettes without permission
• Alter or modify the Digital Colour Analysis Palettes
• Resell the Digital Colour Analysis Palettes for commercial purposes
• Publicly share the Digital Colour Analysis Palettes online or on any digital platform

4. Ownership and Copyright 
   The Digital Colour Analysis Palettes are the exclusive intellectual property of the International Image Institute. The Licensee acknowledges that all rights, title, and interest in the Digital Colour Analysis Palettes remain with the Licensor.

Important
Printing the Digital Colour Analysis Palettes is not permitted under this license. To obtain a print license, an additional investment of $2,497 CAD is required.
