Colour Flag Customization Fee

This fee is charged per flag for requested customizations to our standard Colour Flag product.

This service includes having your custom colours carefully selected by Karen, who will incorporate up to an additional 3 colour strips as needed to create your personalized set. Once the custom colours are chosen, we will send you a detailed mock-up of your flags for your review. 

You are entitled to one amendment following the review of your mock-up to ensure your satisfaction. Any additional changes beyond this initial amendment will incur an extra fee. To help minimize the need for revisions, we strongly encourage you to be as specific as possible when placing your order, including details about colour tones, combinations, and any special requests.

Please note that there are limitations on the types of fabric materials available for customization due to sourcing and stock constraints. Additionally, flag sizes are standardized, and modifications to the dimensions are limited to maintain consistency and quality across all products.
