Return Policy
At International Image Institute, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you need to return an item, please follow our return policy guidelines:
- Damages and Issues
We encourage you to inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is damaged or defective, or if you have received the wrong product, please contact us immediately. We will assess the situation and make arrangements for a resolution.
- Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as when you received them, and they must be returned in their original packaging. Returns must be made within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note that digital products, lipstick assessors, and hair bang kits are not eligible for return.
Items that have been altered in any way, including repairs made by a third party, are not eligible for return or exchange. If your product is damaged and you are considering having it repaired, please reach out to us before proceeding to determine if a replacement may be possible.
3. Return Options
You can choose to receive a refund, exchange, or store credit for your returned item. Please note that a 10% restocking fee will be applied. Original shipping costs are non-refundable
4. Start a Return
Before returning any item, you must obtain approval. Please contact us at product@imageinstitute.com to request a return authorization. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. Please ensure that you use a trackable shipping method and email the tracking information to us once available.

- Refund Processing
Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item(s), we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the cost of the item(s) minus a 10% restocking fee to your original payment method. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at product@imageinstitute.com.
- European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and digital products may not be returned.
