Digital Colour Analysis Palettes - License
The Digital Colour Analysis Palettes are a product you can give or sell to your clients as part of their Colour Analysis.
You get 35 colours in multiple formats:
- Strips in jpg
- Strips in PDF
- Palettes with names descriptions in jpg
- Palettes with names and descriptions in PDF.
You get 11 palettes in each of the formats. Just give your client the palette they need! You can also incorporate them in your presentations.
The 11 palettes included are:
- Winter
- Spring
- Summer
- Autumn
- Cool
- Warm
- Deep
- Light
- Bright
- Muted
- Universal
WITH PURCHASE OF THE PALETTES, YOU (THE CLIENT) AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
This License Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between the International Image Institute (“Licensor”) and the purchaser (“Licensee”). By purchasing the Digital Colour Analysis Palettes, the Licensee agrees to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
1. Grant of License Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Digital Colour Analysis Palettes under the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
2. Permitted Use Licensee is permitted to distribute the Digital Colour Analysis Palettes to their clientele for personal use only.
3. Restrictions Licensee shall not: Print the Digital Colour Analysis Palettes, alter or modify the Digital Colour Analysis Palettes in any way, or resell the Digital Colour Analysis Palettes for commercial purposes.
4. Ownership and Copyright: The Digital Colour Analysis Palettes are the intellectual property of and are owned by the Licensor. Licensee acknowledges that all rights, title, and interest in and to the Digital Colour Analysis Palettes, including all associated intellectual property rights, remain with the Licensor.
5. International Image Institute Inc. does not give permission for the Digital Colour Analysis Palettes to be printed. If you require the license to print, the investment is $2497 CAD.
